Buyer Terms

1. Introduction

These Buyer Terms apply when you use Business Seller to explore, evaluate, or pursue a business or franchise opportunity. They are in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.

2. Listings Are for Evaluation Only

Listings and any information on the platform are provided by sellers for evaluation purposes. Business Seller does not verify, audit, inspect, or guarantee the accuracy of listings, financial figures, or seller statements.

You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before making any decision or entering into any transaction.

3. AI Reports

AI reports provide an AI-assisted valuation context together with market signals to support your evaluation. They are generated from the data available and are informational only. They are not a certified valuation, an audit, or financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

4. Confidential Access

When you request confidential access to a listing, you may be asked to accept a confidentiality undertaking. You agree to use any confidential information only to evaluate the specific opportunity and not to disclose or misuse it.

5. No Buyer Commission

Buyers pay 0% commission to Business Seller for using the marketplace.

6. Transactions Between Buyer and Seller

Any transaction is concluded directly between the buyer and the seller. Business Seller is not a party to that transaction and does not provide escrow, payment-holding, inspection, or verification services.

You are responsible for obtaining your own independent legal, financial, and tax advice.

7. Buyer Conduct

You must use the platform honestly and in good faith, provide accurate information, and must not misuse confidential information or the platform or its users.
