Seller & Listing Terms

1. Introduction

These Seller Terms apply when you list a business or franchise opportunity on Business Seller. They are in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.

Business Seller provides an online marketplace that connects sellers with potential buyers. It is not a party to any transaction between a seller and a buyer.

2. Eligibility & Accuracy

You confirm that you have the legal right and authority to offer the business or franchise you list, and that the information you provide is accurate, current, and not misleading.

You are solely responsible for the content of your listing and for keeping it up to date.

3. Listing Review & Verified Badge

Where a listing shows a Verified Badge, it means the listing details have been reviewed for completeness and consistency. It does not mean that Business Seller has independently audited, verified, inspected, or guaranteed the accuracy of the underlying business, its financials, or any statement made by the seller.

Buyers remain responsible for conducting their own due diligence.

4. Premium Listing

A Premium Listing is an optional paid upgrade that makes your listing eligible for featured placement and hero rotation for greater visibility. It does not guarantee a sale, a buyer, or any particular level of interest.

5. Confidentiality

You control what information is shown publicly and what is released only through confidential access. Sensitive details can be gated behind a confidentiality undertaking so they are shared only with buyers who request access.

6. Success Fee

If a sale is completed through Business Seller, a success fee of 1.5% of the final sale price applies, subject to a minimum of 2,500 SAR, payable by the seller. Full details are set out in the Pricing Terms. Listing is free and no success fee is due if the business does not sell.

7. Prohibited Listings & Conduct

You must not post false, misleading, unlawful, or fraudulent listings, infringe the rights of others, or attempt to misuse the platform or its users. We may remove or suspend listings that breach these terms or applicable law.

8. No Brokerage or Advisory Relationship

Business Seller operates an online marketplace. Unless expressly agreed in writing, it does not act as a broker, agent, or representative of the seller, and it does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, escrow, inspection, or advisory services.

You are responsible for obtaining your own independent professional advice in connection with any sale.

9. Removal & Withdrawal

You may withdraw your listing in accordance with the platform's tools. We may also remove or suspend a listing where required by law or where it breaches these terms.
