Pricing Terms

1. Overview

These Pricing Terms explain how fees work on Business Seller. Our model is simple and success-based: it is free to list, and a seller pays a success fee only when a business or franchise sale is completed through the platform.

All amounts are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and may be subject to applicable taxes, including VAT, in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Free to List

Creating a business or franchise listing on Business Seller is free. You are not charged to publish a standard listing, and there is no fee if your business does not sell.

3. Success Fee

When a sale is completed through Business Seller, a success fee of 1.5% of the final sale price applies, subject to a minimum success fee of 2,500 SAR.

The success fee is payable by the seller and only becomes due upon a completed sale. If a business or franchise does not sell, no success fee is charged.

• 100,000 SAR sale → 2,500 SAR (minimum)
• 500,000 SAR sale → 7,500 SAR
• 1,000,000 SAR sale → 15,000 SAR
• 5,000,000 SAR sale → 75,000 SAR

4. Buyer Commission

Buyers pay 0% commission to Business Seller. There is no buyer-side success fee for using the marketplace.

5. Optional Paid Products

Some products are optional, one-time purchases and are separate from the success fee:

AI reports provide an AI-assisted valuation context and market signals for information only; they are not a certified valuation or financial advice. A Premium Listing makes a listing eligible for featured placement and hero rotation for greater visibility; it does not guarantee a sale.

• Seller AI Valuation — 199 SAR
• Deal-Ready Report — 499 SAR
• Premium Listing — eligible for featured placement / hero rotation

6. Confidential Access

Requesting confidential access to a listing is free. It allows a buyer to request additional details, typically after accepting a confidentiality undertaking, and does not carry a separate charge.

7. Payments & Taxes

Fees for optional paid products are charged at the time of purchase. The success fee becomes payable when a sale is completed through the platform.

Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Any taxes required by Saudi law are the responsibility of the relevant party and may be added to the amount payable.

8. Changes to Pricing

We may update our pricing from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform, and the pricing that applies to a completed sale is the pricing in effect at the time the sale is concluded through Business Seller.
